DAVID LISTON David is the Founder and Co-Owner of Stadium Fitness. He earned his Bachelor's Degree in History from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. He is NSCA Certified as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist and has been working in the field of health and wellness, exercise, and nutrition for over 17 years. David has trained and provided nutrition counseling for children, adults, and seniors as well as amateur and professional athletes and has a passion for helping people live strong, healthy, and balanced lives. Jodie grew up in North Andover, MA where her participation in sports began at age 5. From childhood through high school, she played soccer for one of the state's top programs and also excelled as a sprinter for the indoor and outdoor track teams. Jodie earned her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire and moved to Southern California after graduation. Here, she has enjoyed success in several other areas of the sports and fitness arena including an 8-page feature article in Shape Magazine - Building a Gym Body at Home, On-air sports reporting for KTLA 5, and now as a Fitness Coach for Stadium Fitness. Jodie is also a mother of two and has recently experienced firsthand the importance of a healthy diet and consistent exercise routine before, during, and after pregnancy. JILL KLATT LISTON Jill entered the fitness world at age 11. She ran competitively and was nationally ranked in both the 1500 and 3000 meter events. She was a scholarship athlete at Westminster College in Missouri and earned her Bachelor of Science Degree at Michigan State University. Jill has been an AFAA certified fitness instructor for over 17 years and brings her never-ending, infectious energy to each and every class she coaches. She has trained both large groups and individuals of all ages and fitness levels and realizes the importance of being fit for life. Jill loves to run. She continues to feed her passion by competing in various races including the 200 mile Ragnar Relay and the Mount Wilson Trail Race, where she has finished top three overall for women for the past 10 years. NIKKI MARKOTA Nikki was born and raised in Los Angeles. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln where she earned a scholarship as a member of the Husker Swimming and Diving Team. While at the university, Nikki trained under Boyd Epley, who was the Executive Director and Founder of the National Strength and Conditioning Association and is widely considered to be the pioneer of modern strength and conditioning training. ![]() | Wendy Crump a registered dietitian and mother of four, has dedicated the past 15 years to teaching and empowering families to live healthier lives. Her emphasis is on healthy eating habits with the understanding that a healthier lifestyle will follow. In 2005, Wendy’s passion for helping children inspired her to create Pasadena-based Kids on the Run, an active nutrition program that empowers children and their families to adopt positive habits. Wendy is the creator of the KOR™ Healthy Lunch Program and the KOR™ Curriculum, an educational course that teaches school children how to make smart food choices. She has written and contributed to multiple publications including Baking without Fat, Sexy in 6 and Super Fit Mama. She has recently been featured as a health and nutrition authority in several media outlets including Health Beat Magazine, Daily News, Pasadena Living Magazine, San Marino Tribune, Pasadena Magazine and Pasadena Star News. She is also the author of “Healthy Families for Life,” on The Capessa Blog: The Wisdom of Women on Yahoo! Health. A member of the American Dietetic Association and the Pediatric Nutrition Practice Group, Wendy holds Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics from the University of California, Davis; a lactation certificate from the University of California, Los Angeles and a certificate in child and adolescent weight management from the American Dietetic Association.
